There are many many get paid to sites...otherwise known as GPT sites. I am in the processing of testing them out and seeing which one work and which are full of crap. I will update this post with referral links in case you want to try them to.

This one works I have already received Newport News Gift Card, a $25 Walmart card and a $50 Walmart card just from clicking through their emails and taking their surveys.
